The Global Development Centre in Chennai is one of PayPal’s largest technology sites in the world and is involved in all of the company’s major technology and product development initiatives to improve its global payment platform for nearly 100 million active users worldwide. With over 2,000 staff, the Global Development Centre consists of development and quality engineers, product managers, user-experience professionals, web developers, and project managers as well as site operations, data management, and risk analytics staff. eBay India’s Development Centre has also joined hands with PayPal India in Chennai and today plays a key role in innovating and driving products and technologies for eBay’s global marketplaces.
